The company offers various employee benefits beyond legal requirements, managed by an employee benefit committee. These include group insurance, bonuses, stock holding options, and subsidies for important life events. Additionally, a year-end bonus may be granted based on the company’s earnings.
Employee Learning and Training
The company offers a wide-ranging selection of training courses, including new employee training, on-the-job training, labor safety and health training, and professional development courses. Additionally, department heads are empowered to enroll their staff in external training programs as required. Employees are also encouraged to take advantage of such training sessions, independently, to enhance their professional skill sets and overall competitiveness. These initiatives provide our employees with comprehensive training and learning opportunities that promote continual growth and development.
Retirement System and Implementation
In order to enhance the post-retirement financial stability of employees and foster a harmonious labor-management relationship, the organization adheres to the guidelines stipulated for workers’ pension schemes. As per this policy, the company disburses a monthly contribution of 6% from the employee’s total salary towards their personal pension account with the Insurance Bureau. This measure ensures that employees have a reliable retirement system in place, which is crucial for their long-term well-being.
Labor–Management Agreement
The Labor-Management Agreement is a pact between the company’s labor and management that includes protecting employee rights. The organization adheres to government laws and regulations and prioritizes employee well-being with regards to recruitment, resignation, retirement, and benefits, all in compliance with the Labor Standard Act and other pertinent legislation. This approach aims to foster a positive and productive relationship between labor and management. Going forward, the company is committed to improving employee benefit measures and promoting harmonious labor-management relations, with the ultimate goal of avoiding any potential labor disputes.
